Nursing Supervisors
A private hospital located in the Corporate area urgently requires the services of two (2) qualified Nursing Supervisors.
Retired Nurses are welcome to apply.
Qualification and Experience
- Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with the Nursing Council of Jamaica;
- Training in Nursing Administration;
- At least three (3) years experience at the Supervisory level.
Specific skills or Competencies required
- High level of integrity and confidentiality;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Good report writing skills;
- Proactive and assertive;
- Excellent interpersonal, team and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyse/diagnose medical emergencies and to respond appropriately.
